IntroSpect is the online psychiatry practice of Dr. Miftar Zenelaj, a specialist psychiatrist based in Kosovo. The website is operated for information, session requests, and secure video sessions. By using this site or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.

Clinical relationship

• Browsing the website or sending a session request does not create a doctor–patient relationship.
• A clinical relationship begins only after a session is confirmed and the consultation starts.
• Confirmation, timing, and suitability for online care are at the clinician’s professional discretion.

Eligibility & suitability

• Online sessions are intended for people who can safely participate by video in a private setting.
• You must provide accurate contact details so we can reach you about scheduling and care.
• If online care is not appropriate for your situation, you may be advised to seek in-person or emergency services instead.

Sessions & cancellations

• Sessions are offered in Albanian and English over a private video link shared after confirmation.
• Please arrive on time in a quiet place where you will not be interrupted.
• When you need to cancel or reschedule, give at least 24 hours’ notice when possible.
• Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may lead to declined future bookings.

Emergencies

IntroSpect does not provide emergency or crisis care. If you are in immediate danger, thinking of harming yourself or others, or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not wait for a reply to a website request.

Fees

Session fees are not published on this website. Pricing is shared privately before you confirm a paid appointment. Submitting a request does not create a payment obligation until fees and timing are agreed.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with security or other users.
• Do not submit false, abusive, or unlawful content through forms or during sessions.
• Recording a session is allowed only with explicit consent as described in the privacy notice and join-screen options.

Limitation of liability

• The website is provided for scheduling and information; clinical advice is given only during confirmed care.
• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IntroSpect and Dr. Miftar Zenelaj are not liable for delays, interruptions, or technical failures of internet or third-party video infrastructure beyond reasonable control.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is unlawful.
